A course for all non-clinical staff working in healthcare. The study day is ideal for reception staff, ward clarks etc who take calls from patients, relatives, carers.
This interactive study day aims to:
Improve your confidence in dealing with challenging calls
Explore and understand your role and boundaries
Understand the importance of documentation
Understand the importance of telephone communication skills
Provide the opportunity to watch and practise challenging scenarios
This training will be run in person, but socially distanced to comply with coronavirus rules.
