Join #NLHTeam for the world’s largest and best fun run, the Inflatable 5K in St Albans. This year the course is ‘Bigger, Bouncier and Better’ with 32 epic obstacles and five pumping music zones.

How do I apply for a North London Hospice charity place?
We would love to have you join #NLHTeam! To apply, simply complete the booking form at the bottom of this page. Join our team today by paying a £20 (child) or £30 (adult) registration fee and pledging to raise £200 in sponsorship per person or £500 for a family of four.
