The North London Hospice has been providing palliative and end of life care for the communities of North London since 1984. We have an 18 bed in-patient unit providing hospice care for those with life limiting illnesses. There are community teams of specialist nurses, doctors, consultants, social workers and allied professionals who support individuals at home, in the 3 North London Boroughs of Barnet Enfield and Haringey.

The Post

This post involves working within a multi-disciplinary team offering specialist palliative care to patients in their own homes and our primary care clinics as well as virtually and over the telephone.

The associate CNS will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support people in their preferred place of care. We offer educational support and mentorship, to support staff to develop to their full potential.

What are we seeking?

We are looking for enthusiastic, highly skilled individuals who are team players, dynamic and passionate about palliative care.

The Associate CNS is a competency based developmental role that will require significant experience in a variety of settings to meet the demands of the role.

A car owner and driver is essential. The role includes weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) and some rota patterns to cover a 08.00 -20.00 service.
