If you need the services of an estate agent, David Andrew has launched a new initiative to support North London Hospice. This independently owned North London based estate agent was established in 1994 and has a network of four offices. To help with our fundraising for end-of-life patient care, David Andrew have offered to donate to North London Hospice, 10% of any fee they receive via a direct recommendation from any staff members and supporters of the charity.
David Andrew would also be happy to provide probate valuations, alongside other agents.
The new partnership will provide much needed funds for the hospice’s services in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey that support more than 3,500 patients facing the end of their lives each year. The charity also supports their families, friends and carers too.
The generous pledge has been introduced after David Andrew Marketing Manager Gina Barclay, experienced the care the hospice provides, when her mum was supported at home by our Haringey community nursing team last year.
“My family experienced first-hand what a vital role the hospice plays in providing end-of-life care to patients and the compassionate support they offer. Which is why David Andrew approached North London Hospice with this offer, to help raise much needed funds for this incredible and well-deserving charity,” said Gina.
The 10% donation of fees for sale or letting instructions will be extended to any supporters of the charity who mention North London Hospice when they instruct David Andrew.
North London Hospice Director of Fundraising Anna Cooper said: “If our staff or supporters need the services of an estate agent, choosing David Andrew is a wonderful way of boosting our funds at no extra cost to them. We are delighted that this new partnership has come as a direct result of the care and support provided by our hospice teams.”
