North London Hospice has launched an ambitious Strategic Plan focused on sustainable long-term impact with a view to driving innovation and delivery quality through everything the organisation does.
The Strategic Plan will support North London Hospice to deliver its vision of providing the best of life, at the end of life, for everyone. “The needs of patients, families, and the local community we serve is changing all the time and we recognise that we need to change too,” said Declan Carroll, Chief Executive Officer of North London Hospice.
“Our Strategic Plan sets out our ambitious plans and captures our passion for reaching more people and doing what we can to help those who need us. We know that what we do makes a difference and looking forward we want to make a bigger difference, for more people,” he added.
North London Hospice has traditionally enjoyed close relationships with the local community. Underpinned by a series of strategic objectives around reach, duty and commitment, the Strategic Plan will support innovation in the development of new models of care across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.
The organisation has committed to increasing the number of people who receive personalised care and support to each year by five per cent. In addition, North London Hospice will expand care delivered at home, to offer support around the clock to those who need it.
