In this issue you can read about some of our fantastic fundraisers, hear from staff and volunteers, learn a new recipe, discover some poetry and, of course, you’ll find stories from our patients. Whilst impossible to capture all that we do, we hope it offers a glimpse into what makes this hospice community so special.
It’s been a busy few months at the hospice, with our annual Light Up A Life event in November and planning well underway for Big Fun Walk and Big Fun Art Adventure. Plus, our clever crafters are weaving, knitting and quilting right now for this year’s Big Fun Craft. Our Catching the Light photography exhibition was a great success and our Compassionate Neighbours celebrated their fifth birthday. And, we are looking forward to hosting a new in-memory event called Forever in Our Hearts in April. You can read all about this, and more, in Life.
