Patient and carer surveys

We ask patients and carers to complete a survey, telling us what they think about our care.

The responses are considered by the Service Leaders and let us know if there are any areas where improvements could be made.

Some comments from the 2017 surveys:

The care that was provided was exemplary. Thank you so much. You enabled my mother to end her life in peace, without pain and with dignity

All staff were incredibly caring and compassionate.

Couldn’t have asked for better, from the doctors through to the cleaners and laundry staff.

I was at a very low ebb but after a visit from my Community Nurse, I feel I have access to positive and immediate help. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I had never experienced visiting a hospice and I was pleasantly surprised at how bright, welcoming, homely and cosy it was.
