    If you have any feedback about what we do well or where we can improve, we want to hear about it so we can learn from your experience and, where necessary, change the way we do things.

    Our shops help fund our specialist end of life care and help the planet by reducing the amount that goes to landfill. If you would like to leave any feedback about your experience of our shops, good or bad, it will be used to help ensure that others have the best possible shopping experience with us.     We always appreciate the opportunity your feedback gives us to improve our services. The more information we get on how we’re doing, the better we will be able to care for our patients and their loved ones as well as reassure our supporters.

    It is only by receiving feedback that we can make changes and put things right.
