    Community Groups

Every year we rely on the kind support of Rotary Clubs, Masonic Lodges, Women’s Institutes and other societies within our community.

Many of them tell us that helping to raise funds for North London Hospice provides a great focus for social get together and is a truly rewarding experience.

We can advise your group on how you can best fundraise for the hospice. We would be delighted to hear from you if you would like any help, ideas or advice on how you and your group or club can get involved.

    Sports Clubs

Community sports clubs and activity groups are enormously important to our work, both in terms of fundraising and in terms of raising our profile within the local community.

The sporting calendar throughout the year often provides a focus for a wide range of fundraising activities, such as sponsored matches, fun runs, tournaments, and charity challenges.

Open days, presentation evenings, quiz nights, and community sports festivals are also popular and effective ways to bring people together while raising vital funds.

    Religious organisations and faith groups

Religious organisations and faith groups are enormously important to our work, both in terms of fundraising, and in terms of raising our profile within their communities.

The various festivities throughout the year often provide a focus for a host of fundraising activities, such as collections at Christmas services, during Ramadan, Diwali or Chanukah. Concerts, coffee mornings, fetes and bazaars are also a popular fundraising route.

    Pubs and restaurants

We are always delighted by the support of pubs and restaurants raising vital funds for North London Hospice.

This can be by donating a % of a guest’s bill, filling collection tins, hosting quiz nights or organising special events. We can help you with any of these initiatives or inspire you to come up with something new.
