In 2021 North London Hospice launched an ambitious Strategic Plan focused on sustainable long-term impact with a view to driving innovation and delivering quality through everything the organisation does.

North London Hospice has traditionally enjoyed close relationships with the local community. Underpinned by a series of strategic objectives around reach, duty and commitment, the Strategic Plan supports innovation in the development of new models of care across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.

The organisation has committed to increasing the number of people who receive personalised care and support to each year by five per cent. In addition, North London Hospice will expand care delivered at home, to offer support around the clock to those who need it.
