Christmas Tree Recycling Scheme
This winter, we’re once again teaming up with Just Helping to bring a Christmas tree recycling service to selected postcodes in our area – and we’d love you to get involved!
For a small donation, our wonderful volunteers will collect your tree between Saturday 9 and Thursday 14 January 2027, making sure it’s disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
You can book your collection from Saturday 14 November 2026 until midnight on Tuesday 5 January 2027.
We’ll be out collecting trees in:

More information on your estimated collection day will be provided once you have registered your tree(s).
If your tree gets missed or you forget to pop it out, one of our friendly volunteers will get in touch to rearrange your collection.

Sponsor Our Christmas Tree-cycling Initiative:
We’re on the lookout for brilliant businesses and individuals to help us make this festive initiative a roaring success. Sponsorship helps us run the collection with as little cost as possible, meaning more of the money raised goes straight to North London Hospice and other local charities where it’s needed most.
£100 could sponsor a hire van for a day. This could help a team of volunteers collect around 60 trees, raising around £1,300 (meaning for every £1 you spend, you could help us raise £13.)
Bring a van and help us collect trees: Show your support for your local hospice by joining us. We are looking for vans, van drivers and volunteers to help us for a day to collect trees around North London. Grab your colleagues and join us for a CSR day like no other.
Know someone else with a van? If you, someone you know or an organisation you work with also has a van and would be happy to volunteer to drive around and collect trees, please let us know – we are always looking for more vans and volunteers.
Whether you’d like to sponsor a van for the day, put your logo on our leaflets or come along to help out, we’d love to have you on board.
