Free charity furniture collection
Do you have unwanted furniture that you'd like to give to charity? From tables and chairs to shelving units and small electrical items, as long as your items are in a saleable condition, your donation could help us to raise vital funds for the hospice. Please use the form below.
North London Hospice works in partnership with Boxmove, a company that specialises in furniture donations for charities. Please have a read through the booking process to ensure that your collection is successful.
Please note that if your items are unsuitable for collection, we still have to pay a small fee for sending the team out to assess them. Therefore it's really important that you check the condition of the items before donating, and if there is any damage please include this on the pictures you submit so the store can make an informed decision.

Items we cannot accept in our shops
We will always try to sell items that have generously been donated to us. However, there are occasions when we cannot accept some items due to legal and health and safety reasons. We kindly ask that the following items are not donated to our shops:
- Broken items
- Children's items such as highchairs
- White goods such as fridges or washing machines
- Soft furnishings without a fire retardant label
How your furniture donations help North London Hospice
Over 3,500 people with a life-limiting illness are referred to North London Hospice every year and your donations help us to provide the best of life, at the end of life, for everyone.
We provide physical, emotional and spiritual care to patients and families, friends and carers.
Our services are provided free of charge, but it now costs over £16.3 million a year to run our charity. Whilst around a third of the amount comes from the NHS, we rely on the generosity of our community through donations to make up the shortfall in funding.
