    The telephone service will operate out-of-hours, Monday-Sunday between 8pm and 8am.

    A dedicated out-of-hours community telephone advice service

    Providing telephone advice and support to patients and families who are known to our Community Palliative Care Services.

    North London Hospice, in partnership with the North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCLICB), and the London Central & West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCW UCC), are pleased to provide The North Central London Palliative Advice Team (NCLPAT).

    • The team can advise on symptom management as well as providing much needed emotional support.
    • Providing specialist palliative care advice and support for healthcare professionals, i.e. London Ambulance Service, District Nurses, GPs etc.

    Ensuring a holistic and individual approach to patient care, North London Hospice works collaboratively with other community health care providers but the NCLPAT provides a single point of access for patients, carers, and community professionals to enable them to access telephone support and advice.
