Winter Race The Neighbours 2026
Join our scenic, wintery 10K run through East Finchley and Muswell Hill, with incredible views over London.
People from all fitness levels are welcome, and as always, there will be a pinch of neighbourhood rivalry thrown in for good measure.
In joining your fellow North London Runners, you’ll be raising vital funds for the hospice.

N22 Ally Pally & Wood Green
N3, N11, N12 Friern Barnet, Church End & Woodside Park
N8, N19 Archway, Crouch End & Hornsey
We’ll be awarding prizes to the three fastest male and female runners! And of course, in the tradition of Race the Neighbours, the Cherry Tree Cup will be awarded to the residential postcode with the fastest combined time. N22 took home the trophy in Summer AND last Winter – can anyone stop them?

Don’t worry! You are welcome to join us wherever you live and come to ‘just run’! Snow matter where you’re from, we have you covered.
The event proceeds donated to North London Hospice will help us support more than 3,500 people who are referred to us every year, whilst also providing support for their families, friends and carers.

Registration fee:
Standard entry (fundraising) – £20 (+£2 booking fee), minimum sponsorship £30
No fundraising entry – £27.50 (+£2 booking fee) (NEW LOWER PRICE!)
The route

Start time
The run will start promptly at 9.30am on Sunday 25 January. To ensure that you have time to drop off your bag and collect your race number, we would encourage you to arrive by 8.30am.
All runners will receive:
Race the Neighbours chipped bib at the registration desk
Water before, on the course and after
A cereal bar & fruit at the finish line
