Every step holds a story. Walk together. Remember always.For yesterday’s moments and tomorrow’s care, Big Fun Walk 2026 is a chance to honour the memories of those you love, while giving others the gift of support, comfort and peace when they need it most. It is where every step you take carries meaning.
On Sunday 10 May, join hundreds of others on our iconic ten-mile route through London; a journey filled with laughter, remembrance and purpose.
From the leafy paths of Hampstead Heath to the stunning views from Primrose Hill and onto the historic heart of Westminster, each step echoes with stories of lives lived and love that lasts.
This year, because we will be walking together and remembering the stories of the lives of those we have loved, our event will be story themed.
Big Fun Walk or Little Fun Walk?
This year we are pleased to be, again, offering two options for length of walk.
- Our 10 mile route starts at Cherry Tree Wood in Finchley and ends at United Nations Green (outside the QEII Centre at Westminster).
- Our shorter 5 mile walk route starts at Cherry Tree Wood in Finchley and ends at Primrose Hill.

The theme: Every Step Holds a Story
This year’s theme invites you to walk in the spirit of stories, to step into a world of imagination and memory.
From beloved fairytale heroes to timeless adventurers, let your outfit reflect the tales that inspire you. Perhaps you’ll walk as Alice, Peter Pan, or Little Red Riding Hood, or simply add a whimsical accessory that speaks

Adult: £30
Under 16: £25
Under 5: free
Early bird registration:
- Adult - £20
- Under 16 - £15
- Under 5 - free
We ask that all participants taking part in the Big Fun Walk 2026 raise a suggested minimum sponsorship of £45 per person for the full walk and £25 for the 5 mile walk.
Please be aware that any participants who register or after 24 April, will need to collect their t-shirt from the registration desk on the event day.
The route for Big Fun Walk 2026 will be revealed soon, but never fear, you can view last year’s route here to get an idea of what it will look like.
As one of North London Hospice's Big Fun walkers, you will receive

Dedicated support from an experienced fundraiser and regular updates from our Fundraising Team to keep you on track for the day.
