Summer Race The Neighbours 2026
Join us for a (hopefully) sunny 10K through East Finchley and Muswell Hill, with incredible views over London.
Runners of all abilities are welcome, whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the atmosphere. And of course, it wouldn’t be Race the Neighbours without a friendly dash of local rivalry to keep things interesting.
By running alongside your fellow North London Runners, you’ll also be raising vital funds for the hospice, helping to support essential care in our community.
A beautiful route, a brilliant cause and a little neighbourhood pride.

N2 East Finchley
N10 Muswell Hill
N6 Highgate
N22 Ally Pally & Wood Green
N3, N11, N12 Friern Barnet, Church End & Woodside Park
N8, N19 Archway, Crouch End & Hornsey
We’ll be awarding prizes to the three fastest male and female runners! And of course, in the tradition of Race the Neighbours, the Cherry Tree Cup will be awarded to the residential postcode with the fastest average time.
N10 Muswell Hill came out on top this winter, but can they reign supreme in the summer sun?

Don’t worry! You are welcome to join us wherever you live and come to ‘just run’! No matter where you’re from, we have you covered.
The event proceeds donated to North London Hospice will the more than 3,500 people who are supported by us every year, whilst also providing support for their families, friends and carers.

No Fundraising Entry – £27.50
Fundraising entry – £20, minimum sponsorship £30
The route

Start time
The run will start promptly at 9.30am on Sunday 28 June. To ensure that you have time to drop off your bag and collect your race number, we would encourage you to arrive by 8.30am.
We will also have a group warmup beginning at 9:15am.
All runners will receive:
Race the Neighbours chipped bib at the registration desk
Water before, on the course and after
A cereal bar at the finish line

When completing multiple registrations, please ensure that all participant details are accurate and avoid repeating the names or contact details of anyone already registered. All emergency contact details should be linked to people who are not participating in the running event.
