National Free Wills Network

Writing a will is one of the most important steps you can take to protect the people you love. Through our partnership with the The National Free Wills Network, we can arrange for you to write or update a simple will with a qualified, independent solicitor in your local area - completely free of charge.

How it works

1. Request your free will pack — Get in touch using the form below and we'll pass your details securely to the National Free Wills Network.
2. Receive your information pack — The Network will send you a pack containing details of participating solicitors near you, along with a Confidential Declaration Form.
3. Choose your solicitor — Pick the solicitor that suits you and make an appointment at a time that works for you. Remember to bring your Confidential Declaration Form with you.
4. Write your will — Your solicitor will guide you through the process and provide fully independent legal advice.

A few things to know

• This service is provided by qualified solicitors who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
• There is no obligation to leave a gift to North London Hospice, or to any charity. While we hope that you might choose to support us, any decision to do so is entirely your own.
• North London Hospice pays for the cost of your will to be written at a discretionary rate. This offer is for a limited time only.
• The service covers the cost of a simple will. If your solicitor considers your will to be more complex, they will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
