Learning & Development

Unfortunately, due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19 we have had to postpone some of our courses. We are however working very hard to provide essential training for frontline healthcare workers, developing virtual courses and planning for when we are back doing what we do best, delivering face to face training!

We look forward to seeing you all again very soon, virtually or otherwise and remember, if you have any questions or enquiries about training now or in the future please feel free to get in touch!

We’re right here as always.

At North London Hospice we are passionate about providing quality palliative and end of life care education in order to develop knowledge and skills in a stimulating and challenging environment.

We offer a range of courses, both accredited and non-accredited, to support professionals learn new skills and improve the care they give to patients and their families.

But that’s not all we do!

We deliver courses for non-clinical staff including workshops for teenagers considering a career in health and social care, bereavement support courses for teachers and those working with children and young adults, communication skills, emotional resilience and much more!

We also work extensively with nursing and residential care homes in providing the theoretical and practical training required to care for residents safely and effectively.
