Dedicate a leaf on our beautiful Tribute Tree and create a lasting tribute to remember someone you love, while making a real difference for other families who need our care.

We understand how important it is to pay tribute to your loved ones and continue to celebrate their lives. The North London Hospice Tribute Tree is a beautiful, handcrafted metal sculpture displayed in the reception area at the hospice on Woodside Avenue and decorated with copper, silver, and gold leaves. Every leaf has been personalised by a supporter and dedicated to someone special.

Funds raised through the Tribute Tree will help North London Hospice continue to provide our specialist end-of-life care and support, free of charge, to patients and their family and friends for as long as they need our help.

Dedicate a leaf on our Tribute Tree

You can dedicate a leaf with a one-off donation or choose to make a monthly donation.

With each dedication you will:

Have an engraved leaf in your choice of colour displayed on our Tribute Tree.
Be invited to add the leaf to our Tribute Tree in person.
Be able to visit your dedication and take a quiet moment to reflect.
Be invited to our special Tribute Tree evenings.

Your leaf will remain on the tree for one year. Every year you will be invited to renew your dedication (for a further donation) or you can choose to have the engraved leaf returned to you to keep at home as a special memento.

You can make a two line dedication
£500 per year or £41.66 per month

You can make a one line dedication
£250 per year or £20.83 per month

North London Hospice cannot issue a Tribute leaf unless your donation and details are on the Tribute Tree form. If you require your leaf to be taken down and sent to you after 1 year, we will return your leaf to the address on this form (Unless you provide an alternative). North London Hospice will be unable to refund donations should you be unhappy with your leaf. The position of your leaf will be determined by North London Hospice. North London Hospice will only take a Tribute leaf off the Tribute tree prior to its expiry date if instructed by the Donor only. North London Hospice will use pictures of the tree for promotional purposes (reasonable effort will be taken to ensure the names on the leaf are not visible). North London Hospice will contact the donor one month prior to one year anniversary.*
