Patient safety

North London Hospice aims to provide safe, effective care at all times, but as in all health and care settings, patient safety incidents do occur on occasion. As an organisation, we support an open culture of reporting and are committed to learning from when things go wrong. Our Patient Safety Incident Response Framework(PSIRF) Policy and Patient Safety Incident Response Plan (PSIRP) helps us to do this.

Patient and carer surveys

We ask patients and carers to complete a survey, telling us what they think about our care.
The responses are considered by the Service Leaders and let us know if there are any areas where improvements could be made.
