Community service expansion
The expansion of our community nursing teams this year is progressing extremely well and we have now recruited to 90% of the posts.
Community specialist palliative care service
Our aim is to help patients live life to the full, to treat people as individuals and respect their personal beliefs, lifestyle and culture.
Palliative Care Support Service
The Palliative Care Support Service (PCSS) is a team of nurses and healthcare assistants who provide hands-on nursing care at home for people at the end of their lives and for those who require short-term support to help them through a crisis.
For families & carers
Bereavement service
Grief is a natural reaction to bereavement and many people manage with the support of family and friends.
Ceremonies of remembrance
During this unprecedented period when we are unable to come together physically we will continue to honour the memory of your loved ones who have died in our care, with the launch of a series of online Ceremonies of Remembrance.
Tribute tree
The North London Hospice Tribute Tree is a beautiful hand-crafted metal sculpture which is set in the Hospice’s main reception in order to give our supporters the chance to have a permanent tribute to a loved one in the Hospice all year round.
