North London Hospice has launched a new survey seeking feedback from people who have visited one of the charity’s 17 shops.
North London Hospice’s shops provide almost £1 million in income that helps support end of life and palliative care for more than 3,500 people each year. In addition, by donating and shopping in these stores, supporters help the planet by reducing the amount that goes to landfill.
Whether shopping or donating items, everyone deserves to have a great experience with the hospice. However there may be times when the charity doesn’t always get it right which is why a specific survey for retail has been launched.
